SHIPPING

♡ s h i p p i n g。

All shipping is done by DHL from Munich, Germany. Since i pack & ship all items on my own it can take between 5-7 business days until your order is processed and shipped. Shipping cost and time may vary depending on parcel size and weight also order destination. You can choose between tracked and untracked shipping, if you choose untracked shipping I will not be responsible for any lost package. 
Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping. International orders typically arrive within 2-10 weeks, but delays do happen. You will receive an email once the item is shipped

phone cases are not produced and shipped by me but from an external provider based in the US. You can still purchase all items together but you if you order a phone case you will receive two packages but only pay once for shipping. 
Production time for phone cases is around 2 - 3 days. When the case is shipped you will receive a tracking number. 
Shipping times will vary depending on your destination. 
Shipping to the US : 1 - 2 Weeks 
Shipping to Europe & Outside of the US : 2 - 4 Week

Since the phone cases are shipped from the US customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. I suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

I am not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

I'm not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service. If you give an incomplete or wrong address I'll not refund you the shipping cost. If you Package doesn't arrive within the shipping time frame please contact me. 

If your shipment arrives clearly damaged please contact me by sending me a photo of the damaged order as soon as you have received it.
